BUG? Failure to change focus to current passage

* Clear layout by using close all icon on tool bar * using command line open Compare Pericopes * navigate to Mark 1 * using command line open the Bible Outline Browser * note that it does not open to Mark 1 as expected but to some (random) previous value. is this a BUG?
