Sign in problems

Hello,
I'm having constant problems signing in on the Logos/Verbum websites. Usually I get an error like "error. Try again. If persists, confirm e-mail". Sometimes it goes through repeating the process. Other times, I confirm my e-mail and soon the problem is back. Sometimes I change from Logos to Verbum (or vice-versa) and then it works. Don't see the same pattern. Only constant: sign in problems.
Is this issue getting fixed soon? Thanks!

Hi Mateus
This does not seem to be a general problem so must be something unique to your machine or account.
Do you have this problem on all your devices eg Computer, Tablet, Phone?
What is the operating system you are using?
It may well help to post logs (see my signature line) use the paper clip or the orange blob on the toolbar to attach them to a a reply here.

If that works, do you use the same credentials on the website? What browser do you use (try a different one if possible).

I don't use Verbum so that part doesn't apply to me. But I have the same problem signing in to the Logos website, though it has become increasingly intermittent. What happens is that on occasion I get an error message asking me to click a link to confirm my email address. When I click it, I receive an email which has a verification link. When I click that it takes me back to my browser (but a new tab) and I'm able to log in to Logos. This used to happen fairly frequently, but now much more rarely. Not sure the reason why it happens at all, nor why it happens less often.

I use Firefox. Same credentials.
But I think it's not on my side. At least not just on my side of things. It comes and goes to many people I think. Hope it gets fixed or a workaround is found.

That's exactly what happens. Also intermittent here. Glad to know it isn't a problem on my system. Hope it gets fixed for good.

Do you use a Proxy Server or VPN from your browser?

I use a VPN most of the time, so that may contribute to the problem. But as I said, even when using my VPN the problem only occurs occasionally.

Thanks for all the kind replies. It's better now. No changes on my side, so I guess Logos fixed it or it was a temporary glitch.
