POSSIBLE BUG: Beta 3 did an index?

When I just installed Beta 3, it did a library index. Nothing came down - it just so happened I had a resource download about 4 hours ago, and through the process I could see from the blue bubble in the top right that some datasets came down. This time, under the bubble, nothing new was reported to have come down, and the library showed nothing new either.

Why did it do an index?

We need detailed logs, but I expect that you restarted Logos after the problem occurred?

The Indexer log may be useful if no further indexing occurred.

HI Dave, you mean after the reindex completed? No I did not as far as I recall. I'll grab logs and send them.

OK Dave, here you go - it looks like the log starts around the time I reported this reindex, and I see a fresh error log too. So I suspect it's still good and reports on the events! Let me know if you see anything, especially anything I should inspect/correct. Thanks!

OK Dave, here you go - it looks like the log starts around the time I reported this reindex, and I see a fresh error log too. So I suspect it's still good and reports on the events!

The Indexer log shows only one book LLS:KNWCRDSCNCLSVIDEOS being indexed on 13 Aug, c. 6:40 pm (paste the Id into the Command Box). But there are no errors for Beta 3 in the Error log, and the main Verbum log is from the 15th Aug.

Interesting - that's "Know the creeds and councils video study". It did come down on Tuesday, I don't remember seeing a notice about it. Oh well, thanks Dave!
