Does anyone from Logos even read these?
It is FRUSTRATING and DISCOURAGING to not even get a response for things that should be easy fixes.
Why is it such a difficult thing to just be able to see products you purchased? Don't you want us to purchase things? It's so difficult to find things I purchased on Faithlife TV that it makes me hold off from purchasing more.
Do you guys even care?
I don't want to view countless sermon videos from everyone who has a Faithlife account. Why would the search feature even include these?
I only want to view the videos I actually paid for.
Why is that such a difficult thing to do?
