There is not. This is by design.
I' not on beta, but this visibility problem has existed for a while, was addressed during beta phase of L10, but not solved. Not using dark mode, there are other places, such as diving lines between panes, these are rather difficult to detect because their grey is simply too light and does not provide enough contrastIn general, the diving lines are too light ... same visibility trouble is seen with the tabs, etc.
