Why the seemingly random bold formatting in the NASB95?

I didn't see an explanation in the NASB's "Explanation of General Format." Does anyone know what the random bold formatting means?

For some reason, my image can't be displayed, but yes, the link you sent is helpful. Looks like a word is in bold when it starts a paragraph when it isn't at a verse break. I overlooked it in the Explanation of General Format. Thanks!

Did you use the paperclip or the Amber icon to attach your screenshot? PNGs should attach without problem when the system is working.

Dragging illustrations to the reply panel does not work.
