Ok, so it's hugely expensive ($4). And hugely old-ish (1995/1997). And there's more extensive atlas's.
But when you want interesting, for Bible class, this is it.
- The colors are bright and sassy. This is not your quiet dignified map book.
- Some of the maps are uniquely accurate (eg Egypt's influence during the Judges period.
- Many maps catch the narritive flow (where was Paul's storm?).
- Easy to see the point. I read the east side of the Jordan was good agriculture. There's a good map.
Now, admittedly, a few issues.
- Logos mixes up the periods of time (TOC).
- Some of the maps have a few notes, else you need to know the answer yourself.
And why was I looking at the Deluxe set? Well, Accordance had a good view as to why Jezreel was built, vs Magiddo. I wondered if Logos had a similar good view.
