In the last week or two, Logos 9 is not syncing when I open - desktop Windows 10 - laptop Windows 10 - and Android. I have not changed anything that I am aware of. The last thing I did other than normal daily usage was download a free book and purchase one other on 8/14/24. The problem began after that. A red exclamation mark appears where the sync symbol usually is. On desktop, If I click my user icon it says, "sign out," so I assume I am ALREADY SIGNED IN. However, I must close the app, re-open it, and I am then required to sign in with email and password. This is VERY inconvenient. I have Googled for an answer, and any search results are long convoluted answers or suggestions to uninstall and reinstall the app. I'm sure everyone could say the same, but I don't have time for this. Any help would be appreciated.
