How do I construct a search in Greek with one term necessary and either of two other terms occurring in the same verse.
Simple example: How do I search for "Father" either occurring with "heavens" or with "heavenly"?
For your English example I would use Father AND (heaven OR heavenly)
The equivalent Greek search would be lemma.g:πατήρ AND (lemma.g:οὐράνιος OR lemma.g:οὐρανός)
Does that give you enough to structure your Greek search?
It does - thanks a lot. Amazing, posting a query and an answer within a little more than an hour when hours of scouring help files and videos did nothing to enlighten me. Maybe my search skills are wanting, though.

The OR operator finds both words in a verse. The NEAR operator finds both words in relatively close proximity.
father NEAR heaven
