logos pro

Recently faithlife connect changed my logos 10 to logos pro and some books were added. Now I have found an issue with the program, when I open my preferred bible and press the canon balls I get the filters for a search instead of the normal drop down list to how to change the look of the bible in terms of verses and pericopes . Anybody else have encountered this problem? Also on my desk the message keeps coming up to finish the setup for logos pro early access to get all the features and books. It is clear that I don't have all the new features and faithlife connect said in an email that later in the fall they would change over the subscription to Logos pro. It got me all confused. Anyone who can enlighten me about this?

Please post a screenshot showing what you are describing - use the paperclip icon in the forum editor.
And are you running the beta version of Logos?

I am confused.... I don't think Logos would force Logos Pro on anyone. Normally you have to subscribe to Logos Pro. Have you done this?
xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

As per Mark's post at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/224288.aspx?PageIndex=1, Faithlife Connect subscripers were going to be automatically transitioned to a Logos Pro subscription.

Thanks Graham. Guess I didn't see that.

Graham the version connect on my computer replacing logos 10 has a July 2024 release date, so I don't know if this was the beta version. I don't know how to take a snapshot of what comes down when I click the 3 canon balls icon next to the open bible, bit is not the dropdown list which has book as the first mention as Joshua Row showed in his Logos 10 camp, so something isn't right.

Are you seeing something like this?
If so, that is now the standard behaviour. There was a change to this menu a release or so ago which may be why it was different to what was shown at your Logos 10 camp (depending on when that was)
It sounds like you might be asking about how to enable different Bible display options - if so, that is now under the Reformat section of the menu.
But if you are looking for something else, please clarify what functionality you are looking for.

It's always nice to get a reply back, isn't it. ;-)
