Still, it seems that cover art shouldn't be system specific, right? win 10 & 11 are basically the same platform.

There is a bug that sometimes prevents an updated cover image from downloading. The purple cover is the correct current cover. You can fix this by finding and deleting your LibraryCatalog folder while the application is not running. The contents will be rebuilt the next time you start the application, and the latest cover images will get downloaded.
The LibraryCatalog folder can be found at:
Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\random\LibraryCatalog
MacOS: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/random/LibraryCatalog/
