Notes - View Options - Scrolling view no option

Sometimes I prefer to scroll, sometimes I prefer to swipe to the next page. This is not an option on notes though... is there any way to get this incorporated? Is it an option, and I'm just missing it?

I wouldn’t think this would be hard to implement. Is it possible to make feature requests? Where wlukd those be made?
