BUG: Dynamic Toolbar unresponsive

Windows 11, latest Beta.

This has happened twice today.

First instance:

1. Reading from ICC Matthew by Allison and Davies.
2. Double click μωρανθῇ on V 1, p 471 to open the Lexham Analytical Lexicon
3. Tool bar for the lexicon alone becomes unresponsive and active reference does not update.
4. In trying to recreate it worked fine the second time.

Second Instance:

1. Open reading plan for NICOT Genesis (default reading layout)
2. Open bible and rearrange panes into thirds, ESV - NICOT - Notes
3. NICOT tool bar is unresponsive as with the lexicon
4. In the time in took me to type this the tool bar works again

Did you think to check if there was indexing running in parallel. I often have a temporary unresponsiveness when indexing is writing.
