Role of MVP's

I was reading through some older posts and noticed that a new forumite assumed that people with a rusty square with a hole in it were Logos employees. We are not. We are simply fellow users who were asked to serve the forum community as more experienced users. That does not translate into most experienced users or most effective communicators. It does translate into people with the time to welcome newbies and try to ensure every Logos/Proclaim/Verbum related question receives an appropriate response.

Also note that the forums have no monitors but run on the honor system. Interaction with Logos employees is a bonus not a given.

I was reading the recent post by Sam Shelton expressing gratitude toward MVPs and wanted to second his statements. In order to not to keep the other thread off topic any longer than it already is, however, I think this thread might be the more appropriate location for that. Thank all of you for the time and effort you put in to making Logos better and helping me to understand and use it more fully, in spite of the fact that I occasionally express myself clumsily or too hastily.

I third that. The MVP's are, more often than not, the voice of reason and clarity in discussions.

Thank you for all you MVPs do. They are the most experienced in my opinion and they also know how to get to the viability. They are the over-achievers who consistently drive the company to do better and have better clarity in discussions. Thanks again for all you MVPs do. You all are the best.
