Does anybody have experience with the sales phone tree? I'm going for the silver feature package, but I don't want to have to deal with that service fee. I'm worried about bungling the call. Just how hard is it to do this sort of thing? Do I have to do a lot to identify myself? I can't find an account number for myself or anything.

First, when you call, if you have your phone number in your profile, they can usually have your account up before you realize it. If not, they'll find you through the email address you have associated with your Logos account.

Secondly, you mentioned a service fee. Are you wanting to do a monthly payment plan but pay each month over the phone? If not, I don't think they do a fee if you pay for it all at once online. If you want to do the monthly plan by paying over the phone...I don't know if that's an option, but I've never even thought of doing it that way, so you would definitely need to call someone in sales for that.
