Yesterday I switched to Android 14 and I'm subscribed to Pro.
The Logos Web App doesn't show the insights bar (but Factbook shows lenses).
It's working fine for me in both Edge and Chrome on my OnePlus Open (in both phone and unfolded modes), if I'm reading a bible.
NichtnurBibellleser, if you are still having this problm with the web app, could you please make a post on the web app forum?
Do you get better results using our Android app instead?

I can't duplicate the problem that you are having in Verbum.
Please send us the logs from Verbum on this device:
1. Open the app.2. Tap the More icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).3. Tap "About".4. Press “Report a Problem”.5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark it "Attention: Joe". Press “Send” to send your report.
Done.
