There is a book that exists in both FLEB and Logos. I have the FLEB version but not the Logos version. Could they either be swapped so I have the Logos version or the Logos version added to my library?

Have you tried contacting customer service. In a peer-to-peer forum, we can't help you although posting here reminds others to check what they have.
The first link is for the currently available volume which happens to be the current free ebook this month (1st half ?).

The second link (the Logos version) is for the version that came over from WordSearch (to my library at least) and appears to be a research addition which is also listed as currently unavailable for sale.
