Do I have to purchase a Logos subscription or can I still use my Logos and it's resources/

No, you do not have to buy a subscription to keep using what you already own.
You can continue using your current Logos setup - the subscription would be to have access to the latest features as they come out, as well as some perks. Temporary licenses to books depending on subscription tier, savings on purchases, "cash back" on purchases and if you subscribe for two consecutive years you can receive a "Fallback License" to some yet to be named features that allows you to keep those features without subscription.
