Thank you. Is there a module that provides Why a variant was chosen, similar to the textual variant modules for the GNT?

Not sure your question. Inclusion in the apparatus? Not directly .. Understanding BHS describes the apparatus, though not varient choice. Typically, OG is the primary along with any DSS fragments and Samaritan where applicable.
Quinta is actually the better source for varients, but incomplete.

Shalom Judson,
Please note that most scholarly editions of the Hebrew Bible are diplomatic editions, i.e. they reproduce one single manuscript (most often the Codex Leningradensis (L) from around AD 1009). In the critical apparatus of the BHS you will find textual variants from other manuscripts and ancient versions.
The Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia (BHS) will be replaced by the Biblia Hebraica Quinta (BHQ) which is still incomplete:

For that you'll need translator/translation notes; these can be found in certain editions of various bible translations, or occasionally as a stand-alone book.
OT-TC is a different animal than NT-TC; there are around a half-dozen books on it in the Logos universe, but I stick with NT so I'm not the person to recommend one or the other.

The "Lexham Textual Notes on the Bible" (https://www.logos.com/product/45461/lexham-textual-notes-on-the-bible ) which you may already have, identifies several areas of textual variation in the OT and NT and tries to (in non-text-critic English) describe the variation and its impact.
Is that the sort of thing you're looking for?

I do have that.
I am looking for something like "A Textual Commentary on the Greek New Testament" by Metzger.

Thank you.
I was hoping to find something similar to "A Textual Commentary on the Greek New Testament" by Metzger.
