Bug: Inconsistent behaviour of NEAR/WITHIN

1. NEAR does not return the NAC result (below) from WITHIN where the separation is 8 words

2. The behaviour of NEAR & WITHIN should be consistent with the Field(s) being searched

• For All Text NEAR searches surface text & footnotes (The Image of God, The Christian Family, ⁵⁸)
• For All Text WITHIN searches surface text & footnotes, but NOT ⁵⁸
• For Footnote Text both operators search The Image of God, The Christian Family.
