BUG: Lost of functionality in Factbook Personal Name page

The personal name page has lost its list of people sharing the same name that gives their Logos Factbook tag name and therefore, illustrates how names are disambiguated.

The unanswerable question I really want to know: How do you always know before I do what project I will be working on so that you can start breaking the required functions?
