At one point we were told that if we owned an eBook that later because a Reader's edition or a Research edition, we would automatically be upgraded. Yet I find that I own A Generous Orthodoxy: By celebrating strengths of many traditions in the church (and beyond), this book will seek to communicate a “generous orthodoxy.” | Logos Bible Software but have not been upgraded to nor does the produce page show any ownership of A Generous Orthodoxy: Why I am a missional, evangelical, post/protestant, liberal/conservative, biblical, charismatic/contemplative, fundamentalist/calvinist, anabaptist/anglican, incarnational ... (audio) | Logos Bible Software.
EDIT: false alarm - the search results page did not show the audio book notification ... and I didn't go to the product page as I had no interest in purchasing the book again.
This is a great way to get me to accidently purchase the latter while forgetting that I already own the former ... a great way to create work for Logos when I return a book or to create ill-will when I finally recognized the problem long after the return period expires.
Can this issue please be methodically corrected for everyone and for all books?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

While I agree with your point, I think something else is going on here. There are three entries in the store for "A Generous Orthodoxy". One is the resource you own, but the other two are both listed as audio books.
