How do I delete this?

I'm not sure how I got it on the ribbon, but I can't seem to delete it.

    Delete all the shortcuts in that folder or change the folder name in all of them. If there aren't any shortcuts in there, then that's a bug, and I'd love to know how to recreate it (if you know).

    This is a folder for shortcuts.  If you delete all of the shortcuts that show when you click the folder's name, it will be removed.  The other option is to go to each and every shortcut in that folder, edit the shortcut to not have a folder name, and the folder will be removed.
