Probably Birthday? PAM isn't until October and I think that changed to specific deals instead of the coupon

If you have Logos installed on a computer the coupon code should show on the front page of the program.

I'm pleased I haven't missed any extra coupons. I do miss the extra ones Logos used to send out.
Hey Dru, I don't think you can share codes. But as mentioned, your code announcement should be on your dashboard on your device. If not, call Logos and they will be more than helpful to get your.

We're not supposed to post coupon codes here; this is indicated in the forum guidelines. Contacting Customer Service would be advised. Also, do you have Explore turned on in your Dashboard? The birthday coupons also show up there; I have mine turned off but I always remember to check there if I don't get the coupon via email.

The birthday codes are unique. They have to be loaded onto your account for it to work. You can try to use it all you want but it shouldn't work until they authorize it for you. At least that is how it used to work.
That said, it is better to just open a chat with sales/cs. They can send it to you and check it's status.
They're not all that unique - the September code is the same for all September accounts; the October code will be different from September's but it will be the same code for all October accounts. IIRC, I think the main criterion for eligibility to receive/use the code is that your birthday be indicated in your account profile.

I apologize. You are correct. What I was trying to say is unique to the user. You are correct they all follow a pattern but I don't think I could use the September code since it isn't activated on my account. I haven't tried other month's codes but I know in the past I have tried to use my birthday month code and CS told me it wasn't activated for me.
