Somethings to add to Factbook???

Using Logos Pro, 36.1.6.

I have recently started using Factbook, so it may already do this but I don't know how to do it...

I would like Factbook to also search my Notes-tags. For example.... I have tags in my Notebooks that are tagged:Repentance.

So I fire up Factbook and type in Repentance.... basically, it just sits there with a search it had done before.

(Edit: I found out repentance had to be capitalized R, I had lower case. But still nothing from my Note tags was found).

To go along with this, in a video with Mark, he typed in Jonah 1-4 and got the chapters for Jonah. So I come along and type in James 1-2... and I get zilch... But I did find that if I type in "Epistle of James" I get the book of James in Factbook. That seems to be inconsistent to me...

What am I missing?

There is no section in the parts of Factbook that I use that access user-notes. Where are you expecting them to appear? Note your tags on notes would need to be limited to Factbook's Logos Controlled Vocabulary if they were to show.

I get different results if I choose Jonah 1-4 vs. Book of Jonah - what are you seeing differently? Did you actually select from the pick list?

Thanks and Ok. I understand, no section for Note tags. But it would be a good addition to Factbook so that if I select "All" then it searches all in my library, documents and all.

Also... did you try "James 1-2" as a search in Factbook?

Welllll now I don't understand. Where do I find a video on how to use this new Factbook?

So... I type in Jonah 1-4 choose "All" and press enter. Factbook just sits there. Ok... so I type in "James 1-2" and choose "All" and press enter... again Factbook just sits there.... like it's say "yah yah yah yah" lol.

I guess the fact is I don't know how to use Factbook... I will play with it and try to learn... Thanks for your help!

Why are you picking a lens before you are on the page to know if it has that lens available? Don't choose all or biblical or theological ... until you are on the page they apply to.

So... I decided to re-boot my whole system. After restarting, now Factbook is better behaving, at least it's not laughing at me now. I did the "James 1-2" and it worked, then did "Jonah 1-4" and it worked, then "Matthew 28", it worked also. So it seems that somehow my system or my Logos or my Factbook got our of sorts somehow. Before I re-booted, I just could not get Factbook to work at all. After re-boot, now it seems to work like I would expect it to. Go figure...

To be honest... I rarely re-boot my system. Logos stays up sometimes for days... my system goes to sleep but never re-boots as I did today... and maybe that's a problem I've caused somehow.

But now it seems to work... I'm going to "beat on it" for a while and try to learn more about it....

To be honest... I rarely re-boot my system. Logos stays up sometimes for days... my system goes to sleep but never re-boots as I did today... and maybe that's a problem I've caused somehow.

But now it seems to work... I'm going to "beat on it" for a while and try to learn more about it....
