Turn Off Factbook Tags

Is there any way to turn off Factbook Tags in my Monograph and Commentaries?

If i am using a Bible, there is a "Factbook Tag" menu under Formatting that allows me to set my preferences. However i cannot seem to find a "Factbook Tag" menu under Formatting for my commentaries or monograph.
