I know that a person's gender is encoded in the icon used on factbook popups so Logos has the data. I also know that the morphological tagging includes grammatical gender. Is there any way to combine these two pieces of information to search for gender mismatches?

Yes, I know that there are many issues as to the meaning of the resulting data.  No need to remind me that this search appears to be requested on faulty premises.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
