Need for Dynamic Menu: Select All / Clear All in Show Notes and highlights (and any other sub-menu w

Any menu option that has a long list can be a hassle when you want to turn off a bunch of options to use only one or a few, and to turn them all on after using only a few. It can take a lot of clicks (and you know how click-adverse we users are).

It would be nice for those menu options that have sections (like Reformat text) to have these options in each section, but at least for the whole list.

Also: Show visual filters, Passage list - basically any menu that has a scroll bar (or could have a scroll bar because of user-created documents).

Sorry - I missed the menus at the section level of the Reformat Text menu. That is exactly what I was asking for and once again team Faithlife is on top of it. Thanks.

My biggest challenge is Show Notes and highlights and Show visual filters - I have lots of both.

I've slightly lost track of exactly where we got to in v37 beta 1 (I'm on an internal alpha), but I think in beta 1, we currently show "Select All," where there is a hierarchy, but we don't show it in a flat list. It's both on our internal build. That change should make its way out to you once we've completed internal testing.
