Unnecessary Network Access
I'm frequently in places where I cannot get internet from my cellular provider, but where the location provides a limited WiFi cover that grants access only to their own information - not full internet access.
This creates problems in the Logos Android app: if I want to lookup a footnote or the details of a Greek word in the UBS with Logos Morphology a screen with a spinning wheel appears and seemingly will spin forever as I've never seen it stop. It seems that it sees there is a WiFi connection and tries to use it to contact Logos for some reason. But, if I switch the WiFi off, it gives the required screen straight away. To me, this suggests it is trying to call home unnecessarily.
The problem this gives me is that I need the WiFi on so that I can access the location's information app, so I have to switch it on to use their app and then switch it off to use the Logos app. This happens multiple times per day and is annoying.
Can the app be fixed to not do this, please?
