hiding AI generated resources in All search that are not owned

I've noticed that there are many resources that I do not have that are shown in an AI-generated search result.

I'm all for advertising and new resources, but when I have a list of 25 or so books that I don't have, I DO NOT want to see them. FL has done a good job in getting more of its products out there with this AI search, but I don't want the clutter.

Is there a way to hide those nasty little locks that are beside unowned books?

All search looks through the entire Logos catalog; Books search looks through only your books. Use Books search if you don't want to see the locks.

Fair enough. But, by doing this, you lose the 'synopsis' and summaries. So much for that cake...

You also lose the "All" search that used to be present in Logos 10. You no longer have maps, factbook, and whatever else was integrated into a single search. I do wish that the implications that a "Books" search is somehow a suitable replacement for an "All" search would stop. However, being as that is the ONLY current solution, I don't think it likely. What would be neat is if they created an optional toggle filter at the top of the search results page to hide unowned results, meaning they would still be there (and be utilized by AI to create synopsis, etc.) but they would not display in the results until the filter was turned off again.

I'm confused; you get the smart synopsis and summaries with a Books search. It's possible I've misunderstood your initial query; in which case, please ignore me.

Well, well, well. I'm the one confused. Has the 'summarize' option been available in a Book search for a while now? Or just since FL released Logos Pro? However, in saying that, I'm not sure what the "smart synopsis" is.

Smart search and the summarize option came with the Logos Pro early access subscription, and they have been available for both All and Books searches from day one. The Smart Search Synopsis (official name) released more recently (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/224839.aspx).

I didn't know about toggling between Precise and Smart searching. You learn something new every day.
