Thank you, Mark Barnes, for you tireless, gracious work in answering the relentless user questions on these forums during this transition period to a subscription model. For the posts I have had the chance to read, you and other Logos employees also have acted with great professionalism and represented the company well. And I believe you will continue to do so over the coming months and then some more before things settle into the new normal, well the questions will never end, as users will we always find things to ask questions about, to be not satisfied with or new things to want things.
