I used to be a QuickVerse / Word Search owner. Logos purchased it and sent me a link for upgrading to Logos. However, due to life I had not been able to install it. Now here it is months later and I had not been able to install Logos because it kept telling me the installation could not find a file it needs on the install site. Finally, tech support sent me a direct link to install and that worked. However, whenever I try to run it, it wants me to sign in to logos. I go to the logos site and there is absolutely nothing that says sign in to Logos. I found a site that is called Faithlife which allows me to log in to faithlife, but when I do it takes me to Logos but never says anything about being signed in to Logos.

Why is getting up and running on Logos so difficult. It would seem to me that you would want it to be as easy as possible to get up and running on Logos, but it is anything but that.

Are you running Logos on Windows?

When Logos starts up, do you see a screen like the, and did you click to register a free account account? See picture below.

Have you seen this video which walks you through getting started with Logos?

When you said "whenever I try to run it, it wants me to sign in to Logos," are you trying to sign in on the Logos application, or are you trying to log in on the Logos web site (www.logos.com)? If you sign in on the web site, that doesn't automatically sign you in on the desktop or mobile apps.

When you run the Logos app, just as WordSearch required, you have to log in to the app for the Logos server to verify your license.

You need to use the "SAME" e-mail and the "SAME" password that you used to use for WordSearch.

Does this help clear things up any for you? You will have to do this in order to access the Logos resources that FaithLife has unlocked for you based on your WordSearch purchases.
