Links going to the wrong resource

I just bought a newer version of Irenaeus' Against Heresies. I was working through some notes to update the connections, and the link "Irenaeus, Against Heresies 3.11" opens 4.1.1 instead of 3.11. See screenshot below.

I've checked a few other notes and this is happening there as well. How do I get it to link to the correct resource & location?

It looks as if you have two different resources, so your ANF1 Notes 3.11 link has opened another resource to Book 4? Was that a note by Reference?

Yes. So, when I click on "Irenaeus, Against Heresies 3.11" it should open that in one of the sets I own. I've prioritized the Ancient Christian Writers collection where I own all five books of AH. But the link for 3.11 is opening book 4. Since posting this, I've noticed that all references to Against Heresies are opening book 4, no matter what book they are actually from.
