Highlights with Timeframe

Hello! I am searching for highlights within the last x number of days. Is that possible? So far I have 

highlight:"Solid Colors/Blue"

I need a modifier that limits to highlights made in a certain timeframe. I cannot easily add Highlights to a passage list from within the Notes tool.
