A Maps Search for Joshua or "The Promised Land" in Your Books will provide some useful maps, although you will need to decide what is a meaningful "before" map e.g. you can compare the Atlas results of Israelite Tribal Inheritances (from a search of Joshua) and Israel's Incomplete Conquest of Canaan (from a search of Canaan).
