Best way to report outdated documentation

I was looking at the Proverbs Explorer documentation and saw the search is still Logos 9 style ({Label Proverb WHERE Type ~ "Advice"} rather than proverb:type:"Advice"). Should I report that kind of thing as a typo within the software or make a forum post?

I did both this time, but was wondering about best practice.

This is on our list of known issues (for all the documentation resources) but it's not currently high priority to fix, since the software automatically converts the syntax when the link is clicked.

I understand why it is not high priority, but I actually think it would be pretty confusing for new users learning how things work. The new syntax is substantially better, so someone reading the documentation trying to understand what is happening would be much better served by the new syntax being listed correctly. If the new help center makes this basically obsolete, maybe it doesn't matter. But two years is a long time to leave your documentation incorrect in software that has a reputation for being excessively confusing. But if it is on your radar, I won't worry about reporting it as a typo.
