BUG: Missing Factbook options in German

I was looking at Tilly, Michael. 1 Makkabäer. Edited by Ulrich Berges, Christoph Dohmen, and Ludger Schwienhorst-Schönberger. Translated by Michael Tilly. Herders Theologischer Kommentar Zum Alten Testament. Freiburg; Basel; Wien: Herder, 2015. for when it did/did not show up in searches, Factbook, indexing etc.

It appears that there are no options as to what is shown in Factbook and whether user generated tags display. Is this a bug or is the German version significantly limited?

I am using Verbum 37.2 with English interface.

The extra Factbook options in other Bibles are dependent on a reverse interlinear. Without a reverse interlinear, the only valid option is "Created by users", and when there's only one option, it's overkill to require turning on the filter and turning on the option, so the "Created by users" option isn't shown at all, and turning on the filter is sufficient to show the user created tags.
