When using the Sermon Assistant - should generated questions inserted into a sermon document be auto

I've just been experimenting with the sermon assistant in Questions mode. It generated some good questions and I was able to insert them into the text of my sermon.

I was surprised to see it wasn't automatically tagged as a question when inserted. Is this something that is intended or could be added?
