The title sums it up. It's pretty bad........Thanks
Logos actually uses your operating system's built in spell check. For Windows, you can go to default.dic in your AppData folder and add in biblical words manually and delete mistakes you have accidentally accepted. I'm sure there is a parallel in Mac.

Is MS Word using this same built-in spell check? If so, I don't understand why these words are recognized as correctly spelled in MS Word, yet are seen as incorrect in the Notes editor:
I'm sure I've come across more such words but ^these were particularly striking to me when I encountered them, so I logged them. I've deliberately refrained from manually adding them to the Logos dictionary.
No, Word has its own spell check. I think Edge uses the built in one.
Thanks for confirming. As a 'special interest' application, maybe Logos should have their own spell-check. Colossians showing up as misspelled in a Bible study program is too much for me 😔

That's a valid suggestion. However, it is fully possible to personalize and improve your operating system's default spell check, which will not only improve your experience with Logos, but also with many other apps.

Actually, it was not a suggestion, valid or otherwise; just me thinking.

I'm aware, thank you [:)]

Actually, I just checked this, and this is not where Logs stores the spell-check words.
This discussion pointed me to the correct location: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/221070.aspx
Dave Hooton noted: " The user dictionary is builtin at %localappdata%\Logos\Data\randomId\UserDictionaryManager. It requires an SQLite browser to make corrections to the .db file, so it is not user-friendly"
On the spelling note, Logos could also use an updated Dictionary for the English language...
This is over a decade old

Yeah, I found two default.dic files in my AppData folder, added "Colossians" to both, and it's still spelled incorrectly in the Logos notes editor.
