Highlights synced across Bible versions?

Just a newb question.
Are highlights that I make in one translation also seen in other translations?

They can be if the books have a Visual filter called "From other books with corresponding text" (which should/will be called "Corresponding Notes and Highlights")
Click the VF icon (3 triangular dots) in the resource toolbar, click "From other books with corresponding text" and select the Notebook(s) shown:
This works only with original language bibles and bible translations that have a Greek/Hebrew Interlinear pane.
For more info on Highlights and Notebooks see the wiki https://wiki.logos.com/Highlighting#Notes_and_Highlighting
Please ask again if you need clarification.

Ah, so no paraphrase like TPT or MSG, I assume…that explains a lot. Still much to learn, but I have been up to 1am going down 100s rabbit holes. What amazing software this is..

Correct.
You can purchase Interlinears separately, usually with a Logos 10 Feature Set (which you can get very cheaply until Sept 30). Some translations may be sold with an Interlinear, however.
Paraphrase bibles would be difficult to align with Greek and Hebrew, and you are correct that TPT is not a translation.
