No, unfortunately. I usually just highlight the footnote number and attach my note to that.

The last I heard, the data structure of Logos would need a major overhaul to make this possible.
Oh, it would be neat to be able to do this, however, major overhauls notwithstanding, Notes I think then will be the way.
