Bug: 4.1 Beta 11: One row in my Library display disappeared

Note the invisible data at the highlighted row:
I was able to select this row, and the info about it showed up on the right hand side. But the Icon, Type, Title, and Author fields were not displayed in the grid view. However if I scrolled over to the right, all the remaining fields that had values in them were displayed; as you can see a bit of the Language field is peeking out, perfectly visible. Scrolling up/down didn't fix it, but doing anything that would force a complete refresh of the Library (such as resorting it or closing and reopening it) would fix it (at least it has when this happened before). But how it got into this state in the first place is the puzzling bug.
This has happened to me once or twice before many weeks ago, but I had never been able to get a screenshot of it until now. And it hasn't happened in a long time. The situation was that I'd been in the Library renaming all my issues of BAR --> Biblical Archaeology Review and BR --> Bible Review. I'd been clicking on several of the latter to open them up and that might have eaten up a bunch of memory, as Logos was slowing down somewhat. But I wasn't beginning to see any signs of serious memory stress on the system.
UPDATE: My log file is enormous since I'd been running Logos for hours, since the previous day at least. But here it is in case you can find something useful in it.
