Thompson Chain linking issue
Every time I open the Thompson Chain Marginal Notes and open the Thompson Chain Topical Index and link them together, the Topical index instantly turns into the Thompson Chain Marginal Notes.
Anyone else having this issue?

I have the same issue.
xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

I see the same weird behavior, but I don't think this is how it should be done. The TCTI should be linked to the bible, so you see the chain number corresponding to the bible verse you are looking at. The TCMN shouldn't be linked. if you click on a chain-number in the TCTI, the TCMN will open that chain. If you click another bible verse from the chain, the bible will move there and the TCTI along with it.

I did what you said and the Topical index turned into the marginal notes again.
Is this a bug???0 -

Why? The Marginal Notes have a direct reference to the Topical Index. Link sets will not work because they have different Indexes (Bible vs. Headword). When I put the Topical Index in the same link set as the Marginal Notes the former switches to the Companion Handbook as it has the same Index (Bible) as the Marginal Notes and they are in the same Series. When I put the Marginal Notes in the same link set as the Topical Index, the former switches to the Topical Index because of the Series
It makes more sense to link Marginal Notes and the Companion Handbook (same Indexes), but being in the same Series will allow you to switch from Handbook to Marginal Notes for Bible references not in the Handbook e.g. Mt 11:22. But switching back to the Handbook involves using the Back button.
I then put these two and Bible Book Outlines in their own Series and it stopped the anomalous behaviour reported above because they all have a Bible Index. That prevents anomalous behaviour not intended by the use of Series in Thompson Chain, so I hope you understand and use the internal linking as it was designed.

Did you mix the TCMN and TCTI, as the former has the Bible index?

It seems you are right, sorry for that. So let me update it:
The TCMN should be linked to the bible, so you see the chain number corresponding to the bible verse you are looking at. The TCTI shouldn't be linked.
