Resources not showing up in my library - Files are Downloaded

Hi,

I have an odd issue - I have 11 Verse by Verse Commentaries by Osborne in my resource folder, but only 3 are visible in my library (Luke, Ephesians, John). The file date is 2020. I've checked my order history and cannot find a purchase for any of them except for John which is the free book I received for registering for the big changes coming to Logos in October. I'm guessing they were included in a package and that's why they are not in my order history.

I could call customer support, but how much will they will be able to help me if the commentaries are not in my order history? Does anyone know if these commentaries were included in an earlier library? That's the only way I can think of how they got downloaded to my computer.

The commentaries are: Philippians, Revelation, Galatians, Colossians, Luke, John, Ephesians, Romans, Thessalonians, Luke, Acts, and James.

I've tried "Update Resources" and starting Logos holding the CTRL and logging in. I'm really not sure what to do to get them to show up in my library?

Do the product pages show that you own any of the ones you're not seeing in your library? Or could they have been temporary licenses from a Faithlife Connect subscription?

As to what package they could've been in, I can't help; my order history shows that I bought 6 of the 7 I own in a set in 2016, and John I got for free a few years after.

The command delete unlicensed resources will tell you which are currently licensed (owned or free/temporary).

EDIT: Manually deleting from the Resources folder will have a similar effect, but the licensed ones will be downloaded.

Thanks. Delete unlicensed resources left me with the three commentaries that are visible in my library. I'm not sure how the others were downloaded, but they're gone now.
