Next Era Free Book Isn't Free?

Hey Logos,

Is there something wrong here? I've signed up to hear about the "Next Era of Logos" (although I'm perfectly happy with what I have), and the "Free Book" I was to receive is going to cost me $27??? It only gives me a $3 discount, not provides the book for free. Really?

I think that someone forgot to ensure that the code was working properly.

Can you see my email on your end and reply to me? I can then send you a screen shot of my cart (the forum says that it doesn't allow pictures to be pasted into a thread).

We received an email with a coupon code to obtain the book. Using the coupon code some people can get the book free and others cannot. Some people, having signed up for the event, have still not received the email about the book. I got the code but I already owned the book.

You can not copy/paste into a thread post however you can insert a pic by using the paper clip in the tool bar.

So if you have had a similar experience, Taylor got back to me and there may be a delay between the time of the email providing you with the link to the free book, and the time when the code actually becomes effective for you. Please give it an hour or so to become "effective".

I'm undecided as to whether or not to sign up. The quality of the free books could be a deciding factor. Could someone say what this month's free book is - to give me an idea of the quality of resources that will be offered?

I can confirm that I am signed in. The link in the email included the coupon code already applied, but the "free" book was not free. I removed the coupon and typed in the code and it is still not free.

What free book are you asking about? If it's the free book related to signing up for the live event, the book is John Verse by Verse (Osborne New Testament Commentaries). This book was already free sometime in the past, so you probably already own it.

If you're asking about the extra free book Logos Pro/Max subscribers will be getting, this perk will become active after the official launch of the subscriptions.
