Synchronize Verbum App Notes on Windows

Good afternoon. 
Question: Is there a way for Notes created in the Logos App made at work 
to be synchronized with the Logos software on my home PC?

    Question: Is there a way for Notes created in the Logos App made at work
    to be synchronized with the Logos software on my home PC?

    Assuming you are using the same login details on both computers the notes should synchronise automatically.

    Is this not happening?
