Share your tips for unusual or creative uses of Logos features

So my friend just got Logos and I realised that after just a few days he is using the prayer list as his todo list as well.

I imagine some folks are using the notes for more than just annotating books etc. Anyone switched to Logos for notes instead of keep, evernote, apple notes etc?

It just made me curious, have other people found unintentional uses that make sense for any features?

I am sure that this is not unique, but I have created a notebook just for illustrations so that any time I read a story or quote that reminds me of a particular passage, I create a note and anchor it to that passage (es) with an icon I only use for illustrations. So if I am preaching a passage and see that icon, I know I have already saved illustrations for those verses.

I have a few things that I do...

I have a Layout which consists of a Notes file and a Clippings file for quotations that I really like that I know I might use in a sermon or paper.

Also, I have a saved sermon document entitled "Popular Quotes" so I don't have to make a new "untitled sermon" every time I want to use the "Popular Quotes" function in the sermon builder.

Since notes has been heavily upgraded over the past decade, I do use notes a lot. I've recently begun to do a good chunk of sermon prep in notes. I have a Notebook called 01a. This Week's Sermon" and one called "01b. Bible Study Notes". In This Weeks Sermon, I take notes towards sermon prep. After I have preached that sermon (Put into Sermon builder, etc.), and am about to start prep for the next sermon, I put the note into Bible Study Notes, then make a new note for This Week's Sermon. I hope that made sense.

Honestly, that could work. Though, my wife and I have a shared note in Apple Notes that we both can edit called "The Honey-Do List" for things that need to get done and grocery lists, etc.
