Searching bookstore getting worse - will Logos fix it or not?

It has been noted already in multiple posts that the bookstore isn't working right for some of us. Logos seems to be silent on the issue, even though it is getting worse. The "Unowned" facet is not working properly now either. I've included a screen shot.

Does Logos have any intention of fixing this, or will it continue to be radio silence?

The Ownership filter not working was caused by an error in our ecommerce platform; thanks for reporting it.

It should be fixed now; can you try again?

Hi Bradley, yes, that aspect is fixed now. Thank you.

However, I noticed you didn't answer the other complaint about the number of results not showing any longer - which means we don't know how many resources we are going to have to wade through.

Logos has been silent on this, which has suggested to some of us forum members that there is no intention of fixing this. If that is the case, why doesn't someone from Logos just say so instead of leaving us wondering and waiting - hoping for a fix?

I wonder if the deafening silence, is due to the search engine concept ... it just keeps delivering results, of progressively less value ... count what? Then, it sprinkles in non-requested books as a marketing technique.

I wasn't meaning to ignore it, but I didn't see that complaint in the OP.

I know the Commerce Team is aware of the issue and the feedback from users, but I don't know what the current plans are for addressing it.

For me, in my situation, yes it has stopped showing Owned resources when the Unowned facet is selected.

However... It has also stopped showing clearly Unowned resources as well as soon as a second facet is selected.

In my case if I choose only to display Faithlife Classics, I can see resources by Jane Austin as available (this is correct, I don't own any).

If I then ask it to filter out Owned resources, every one of her books disappear from the available list.

Now truth be told I have no interest in books by Jane Austin, but if her books are disappearing, what else is also getting filtered out that should not be.

This is still broken as far as I am concerned and needs to be addressed and Fixed. Please!

I sometimes resort to Google which seems to work a little better.
