BUG: BHS Highlight main words by lemma but not secondary words (and, the)
Greetings. I never had this problem before, but perhaps I changed something, or perhaps Logos did. All of the sudden my BHS is highlighting EVERY connected word that I click on. For example, if I click on the Hebrew compound word AND-THE-WATER (ve-ha-mayim), then Logos currently highlights every other word on the screen that has AND or THE or WATER. But it used to, I believe, just highlight words with the same lemma as MAYIM (what I want). Now it is basically useless.
I have played around with the visual filters and looked through the forums with no avail. How do I turn off highlighting common words like AND or THE? I just want the main word to be highlighted, not all the little ones. Am I missing something simple? When I double click the word, it does bring up the correct word in the dictionary, not the AND or THE entry. That's the word I want highlighted.

Thanks, Matt.

WIVUMORPH.logos4I can reproduce that in BHS/WIVU with "Same Lemma" at Gen 7:19:
I also see it in BHW 4.18, but it acts correctly in LHB, AFAT, BHS SESB2.Dave

Try switching from same lemma to same word.
That is not what the OP is wanting.

Dave is correct. I want to do "same lemma" for the main word but not the minor words on the compound word.

Sorry, it took a while to pin this down. There is a difference in the book markup between WIVUMORPH and most other Hebrew texts. I had to dig through some archives to find out why: It was to fix some Unicode rendering issues at the time. I don't know if those are still an issue, or what, but in any case, we'll get this bug filed right away. Not sure if that will mean a code fix or a resource update yet.

Wow, that's great. Thanks so much for fixing this. The highlight the same lemma is a great feature.
