BUG: Missing Resource Toolbar

The resource toolbar for the CSB disappeared on me. The issue persisted through closing the layout, opening new layouts, reopening the original layout. I apologize that I didn't grab logs... I was in a hurry. The issue resolved itself upon a restart of the app. 

Here is what I can provide:

• macOS: 15.0.1 (24A348)
• Logos: 37.0 Beta 4 (37.0.636)
• I was in full screen mode. 
• clicking in the toolbar area had no effect. 
• The issue did not impact other panels or tabs. 
• restarting the app fixed the issue

Thanks for the report. If it happens again, logs would indeed be helpful. This sounds different from the bigger issue that we resolved in the beta period.
